2. The cleaning process adds a unique hot alkaline water cleaning and steam   sterilization.
3. The whole equipment is made of stainless steel 304. The pipeline is welded by   German automatic pipeline welding equipment.
Cleaning workflow:
     Air rush (discharge) → mixed water cleaning (discharge) → air rush (discharge) → hot alkaline water cleaning (return to alkali tank) → air rush (return to alkali tank) → mixed water flush (discharge) → air rush (discharge) → Hot water 1 flush (discharge) → air flush (discharge) → hot water 2 flush (back to mixed water tank) → steam purge → steam hold pressure → CO2 purge (discharge) → CO2 backup

Suggestion washing program: Purge by air – Hot water washing –Purge by air–    caustic washing / recycle in the caustic tank – Hot water 1 washing – Purge by air – Hot water 2 washing – Purge by air – Acid washing/Recycle to acid tank – Purge by CO2 – CO2 Fill Pressured
