The beer fermentation process is mainly low temperature fermentation. The beer machine is responsible for providing technical support and some of the raw materials needed in the brewing process.
The beer machine is mainly used for the production of fresh beer. The production process is: malt pulverization → saccharification → wort filtration → boiling → wort precipitation → fermentation → storage of wine → liquor sales.
There are three main differences between fresh beer and ordinary beer:
1. Raw material, fresh beer production uses whole malt, and ordinary beer will also add auxiliary materials such as rice, starch and so on.
2. Process, fresh beer without filtration and high temperature sterilization, maintaining the original taste and nutrients of beer. 3 ingredients, fresh beer must contain active yeast to be called fresh beer, ordinary beer does not.
