· We are welcome customer visiting our factory, after the equipment production finished, the customer can come to Jinan, We are happy to demonstrate live installation and winemaking for our customers. ( provide install drawing for customer reference.)

· We have the after-sales service team, they can fly to your local helping install.


Training at Supplier how to maintain the system

· We will inform the customer of the use of equipment precautions, and provide spare parts before the equipment transport.

· The contact must be numbered and kept in the user’s file.he sales staff regularly contact the customer, provide the appropriate technical guidance.

· The after-sale personnel have received uniform training and there is round-the telephone service -Clock aftermarket, ensuring that the problems raised by customers are resolved in time.
