According to the beer brewing process, a complete set of beer equipment is divided into the following sections:
Crushing: It is necessary to have a malt miller. We choose the corresponding specifications according to the amount of malt required for each batch. In addition, if the output is large, a screw conveyor and a powder bin can be additionally provided, so that the powder can be The finished malt is directly transported to the silo above the mash tank for temporary storage, and then placed in the mash tank in a short time. In this way, heavy physical operations can be reduced.
The brewhouse system: the ingredients needed for brewing from the malt to the sugar, will be completed in the brewhouse system, which is divided into four parts: mash, filtration, boiling, and suspension. After these four parts, we get clear wort. These four parts can be carried out in separate tanks, or two or three processes can be carried out in one tank, but some parts cannot share one container. So, there will be many different combinations.
Fermentation system: The main equipment is the fermenter, a small yeast addition tank. The fermenter needs a refrigeration temperature control device. Generally, a refrigeration jacket is installed in the tank interlayer, and ice water is passed through the cooling jacket, and the temperature of the fermenter is controlled by the flow rate of the ice water to control the fermentation. In addition, you can choose to configure a number of sake tanks to store the beer that has been fermented.
Refrigeration system: generally consists of ice water tank, refrigerator, circulating pump. The ice water tank cools the plate heat exchanger of the brewhouse and the fermenter. The chiller cools the ice water tank.
CIP system: It consists of an alkali water tank, a disinfection water tank, a control cabinet, a circulation pump, and a hot water tank. The fermenter and the brewhouse system are mainly cleaned and disinfected to ensure the cleaning of the brewing system. The alkaline water tank has a heating device. In small capacity, all devices are mounted on a small cart and can be moved. The large-capacity CIP is generally fixed.
Control system: mainly controls all temperatures, and power units. It is divided into PLC touch screen control cabinet and digital display control cabinet.
Filling system: There are three kinds of filling bottles, filling barrels and filling cans. There are also different levels of automation. Manual or semi-automatic equipment can be selected for general output less than 500pcs per hour, and fully automatic equipment should be selected for each hour above 500pcs. Among them, the automatic filling machine generally needs to be used with rinsing, capping equipment, labeling equipment, e. t. c.
