1. Types of beer

Brewing raw wort concentration 10-18P craft beer

Lager beer (lower fermentation): American Lager, German Lager, Czech Pearson, etc.

Ale Beer (upper fermentation): wheat beer, English Aier, IPA, fruit beer, etc.

2. Equipment site selection

2.1. Daily sales of beer is expected to: (1000) liters;

Equipment technology selection

3.3. 3.4. Fermentation system: The fermenter is made of stainless steel, the Maitreya version is covered with ice water cooling mode, the effective volume (1000L), the total volume (1250L), the pressure and temperature are automatically controlled; the fermenter is designed for wine sales. 3.7. Washing system: (HL-100 type) CIP cleaning system, mobile disinfection vehicle, easy to use. Cleaning solution: alkaline water, hydrogen peroxide; pump cycle automatic cleaning, cleaning effect is good. Can be placed in other free locations.

3.8. Wine sales system: (There are a variety of styles such as bow wine sellers, cross-type wine sellers, etc., equipped with imported wine sellers.)

3.9. Wort transportation: the wort from the outlet of the heat exchanger into each fermenter is transported by high-temperature reinforced edible hose of Φ25, and the work is finished and put up in time.
